Whidby Island

Spent the weekend on Whidby Island and it was just wonderful. Such a beautiful sunny weekend. Peter's Uncle's Family just moved into a wonderful new house on seven acres that proved to be the perfect peaceful getaway. Love that it is so close. However, we did have to wait 2 hours in the ferry line on the way back. Next time we will make it to Deception Pass and maybe drive around instead.

I know it has been quite a while since I have last posted on this blog. I can't help but to feel so overwhelmed by all the new arenas I must contribute to... Call me old fashion but I miss the days of our grandparents when sharing was correspondence in the form of a written letter.
